1. Solsticefest 2022: A Summer Solstice Festival

18 June – 22 June 

Royal Victoria Park

Enjoy four incredible days from 18th – 21st June celebrating the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge. Live music takes to the stage each day, there will be plenty of craft stands to browse and you can enjoy open access to the stones for the sunset and sunrise. Food and bar available on site. 2. Private Walled Garden Tours & Head Gardener Tours at Bowood 

Various dates throughout June, July, August & September

The Botanical Gardens at Royal Victoria Park

Bowood offer a number of dates throughout the season to visit Lord and Lady Lansdowne’s award-winning Private Walled Garden. After the tour, you are welcome to wander the gardens, grounds, and Bowood House at your leisure and then enjoy a picnic lunch. You can also join their Head Gardener David Glass 90-minute guided tour, with detailed information on the history of the garden and what it takes to take care of the gardens and grounds at Bowood throughout the year. 3. Outdoor Concerts at Longleat

From 23rd June

Presented by leading music promoters, Senbla, Longleat is hosting five unique concerts in their beautiful grounds, providing the most perfect backdrop for live music. See Tom Jones, Simply Red, Ball & Boe, Diana Ross and Tears for Fears, beginning with Tom Jones on Thursday 23rd June. Tickets are on sale now. 

4. Evening Champagne Tour at Iford Manor Gardens

24th June, 5th August & 2nd September

Sydney Gardens

Learn about the history and design of Iford as you join owner William Cartwright-Hignett for one of his fascinating tours of Iford Manor Gardens. At the end, relax on the terrace with a glass of Champagne to take in the views and ask any questions you may have. For more information, click here.

5. “Behind the Scenes” at Iford Manor Gardens

1st July, 3rd August, 1st September

Join Head Gardener Steve Lannin for a special visit to the beautiful Iford Manor Gardens. Discover and learn more about the future plans for the garden, as well as top gardening tips and tricks for your own garden. Enjoy a pot of tea or coffee in the tearoom after your tour. 6. Pride & Prejudice Outdoor Theatre at Lacock Abbey

15th July

Prior Park Landscape Garden

7. Iford Manor Jazz Festival 

22nd – 24th July

This is one festival not to be missed this summer! By day, relax with your picnic on the lawn and experience the Grade 1 listed Iford Manor Gardens in a unique way with the ‘Jazz Trails’ through the garden. 8. Classic Ibiza at Bowood House 

22nd – 23rd July

9. WOMAD Festival

10. If Opera: Picnic Prom with The Clare Teal Seven at Belcombe Court

From 19th August

If Opera is coming back to Bradford-on-Avon this summer in the beautiful grounds of Belcombe Court, a perfect backdrop for their operas, picnic prom and family show! Enjoy a picnic in the grounds or a drink at the bar before taking your seat in the ‘Saddlespan’ theatre located close to the main house.
