Jane Austen Festival
Friday 10th September – Sunday 19th September 2021
Enjoy ten days of celebrating all things Austen in the beautiful city of Bath! There’s a full programme of events including guided walks, day trips, music recitals and concerts and workshops and dance classes. The Great Bath Feast
Friday 24th September – Sunday 26th September 2021
Celebrate the best food and drink in the South West at The Great Bath Feast 2021! There will be plenty of chef demos, supper clubs and a buzzing Milsom Street market showcasing the best locally sourced food and drink. The line-up has been curated by the festival’s headline sponsor, Richard Bertinet, owner of The Bertinet Kitchen cookery school and founder of the Bertinet Bakery.
The Frome Independent Market
First Sunday of the month, March – December
The Frome Independent Market showcases designer-makers, flea traders, food producers and street food vendors, both form the local area, and the wider South West region. Rummage through vintage goods in the flea market or browse the homeware, indoor plants and ethical clothing before indulging in a bubble waffle or Frome-made sausage roll. The Frome Independent Market takes place on the first Sunday of the month, March – December. The next event is on Sunday 3rd October.
Christmas at Longleat
Saturday 6th November 2021 – Monday 3rd January 2022
Take a trip to Longleat to see their marvellous festive transformation. Walk through the mesmerising tunnel of light and sound leading you to the iconic Longleat House, decorated with 100 warmly lit Christmas trees. Explore the Wonderland Walk through Jungle Kingdom and Monkey Temple, listen to carols in the Park’s Main Square or venture to The Longhouse for an extra sprinkling of seasonal spirit. Christmas at Stourhead
Friday 26th November 2021 – Sunday 2nd January 2022
It’s the most wonderful time of the year at Stourhead! Walk through sparkling tunnels of light, discover stunning lakeside reflections and trees lit up in colour and enjoy lots of delicious street food as you’re surrounded by mesmerising illuminations. Christmas at Stourhead is on from 26 November 2021 – 2 January 2022. Booking is now open for tickets and car parking.
The Enchanted Garden of Light at American Museum & Gardens
Thursday 9th December – Friday 31st December 2021
Head to American Museum & Gardens in Bath this December for a magical and enchanting trail of illuminations.
